Principle Accountabilities:

1.Account management: Product Manager, Marketing Research Manager, SFE dept, Procurement dept;


2.Proposal writing independently:

Quotation preparation and cost control

Project briefing, team defense meeting

Discussing with clients during briefing, understanding clients’ needs and prepare the proposal with high quality, charts and graphics as illustrative

Help to decide the most appropriate methodology of high complexity


3.Reports writing and presentations:

Presentation to clients on research findings and recommendation

Project kick-off meeting, training for project member of FW, DP

Reports writing of high complexity

Ensure the reports are relevant to objectives and actionable

Responsible for general project report, projects specific check points

Deciding the reports of high complexity on summary and recommendations


4.Project management:

Good liaison with clients during whole project execution

Coordination for the execution of research projects to ensure the smooth running: DP and FW works management to ensure successful project execution

Risk evaluation and control

Tracking with clients after presentation to better understand clients’ further requirements

Managing and developing junior researchers


5.Research techniques:

  • Qualitative:
    • Guideline development for FGD, IDI
    • Discussion and fine tune of guideline with clients
  • Quantitative: grammar
    • Primary analysis and checkings
    • Coordinate on coding and QA
    • Instructions to DP: analysis plan
    • Secondary data checking during report writing

6.Project management of international studies


Competencies Required:

1.Bachelor degree in medical / statistics / mathematics background is a must;

2.At least two years experience as Research Executive or Analyst in international marketing research agency or multination pharmaceutical companies;

3.Fluent spoken, reading, listening and written English;

4.Good MS office skill.

4.Solid problem-solving and project management skills;

5.Can work under pressure;

6.Some marketing knowledge, familiar with the operation process of clients’ sales & marketing departments;
