James Loudon’s professional career started with Sandoz (now Novartis) working in several different markets: from the Netherlands as President of the Sandoz company to the headquarters in Switzerland with responsibility for the Latin American Region, as President of Sandoz Japan and as Vice President for the Sandoz Nutrition Business worldwide. In 1990 James became the Managing Director of the Food Ingredients Division of the Biotech company Gist Brocades, now DSM.
In 1994 James set up his company Loudon Far East (LFE) with healthcare research activities in the Asian region focusing on China. The company developed dynamically for 18 years providing clients Research & Consultancy services with revenues over 3 Mio USD in 2012, after which James Loudon carried out a major company restructuring, first establishing a strong ‘Rule Book’ for Good China Business Practices (GCBP) - to warn businesses in China how best pro-actively to avoid all manner of corrupt and bad business practices that can sadly occur in China.
Jessica Yu became in May 2010 the Regional PM-Asia Pacific for the company INVIDA. After the acquisition in 2012 by Menarini (China) she was appointed to Menarini’s China Head of Consumer Health Business achieving high achievements for her wide product portfolio across products in Consumer Health andHealth Food, Dermatology, , Analgesic, Allergy/Respiratory, and Men's Health. Jessica has strong “hands-on” commercialization experience guided by a strategic mind-set.
Frank Fang has an MBA from Oxford Brookes University and is a member of CICPA providing LFE’s pre-due diligence service with access to the accounting & audit firm Shanghai Diacron CPA Co. Ltd. This company started its operations in 2010, with focus on forensic auditing for WFOE & JV companies. In the following years Diacron extended its audit services by opening a branch in Bulgaria with services for Chinese companies. It cooperates with CPA firms extending its services to the securities area. Frank is member of the Shanghai Equity Exchange providing audit services in cooperation with Hong Kong RTSJ Ltd. a member of ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants). Frank also made an internal control system design for administrative institutions and joined CAS International Organization Alliance for businesses across South East Asia.
Zhou Fang, speaks fluent English & German, is a lawyer with more than 17 years’ legal profession having worked for law firms specialized in Corporation, M&A and dispute resolution. Zhou is admitted to the PRC Bar as Intellectual Property Agent. Zhou focused his practice on conducting legal services for major domestic and multi-national companies in corporate, M&A, foreign investments and PE/VC investments.
