Business Development Manager

Principle Accountabilities:
|

- |
Undertake daily business development and clients
|
|
|
service; |
|
|
- |
Analyze research findings and prepare presentation
|
|
|
charts;
|
|
|
- |
Presentations to clients on research findings and
|
|
|
recommendation suggestion; |
|
|
- |
Build up and maintain network of clients relationship;
|
|
|
- |
Communicate with each research teams for whole project
|
|
|
execution; |
|
|
Competencies Required:

- |
Plentiful clients network of multinational pharmaceutical
|
|
|
companies; |
|
- |
Good relationship with multinational pharmaceutical
|
|
|
companies; |
|
- |
Effective communication skill; |
|

Solid problem-solving skill; |

Fluent spoken, reading, listening and written English; |

Good responsibility, good team work spirit. |

Qualifications:
|
|
|
- |
At least 2 years' experience as BD Manager or Account
|
|
|
Service
Manger in international marketing research |
|
|
agency
or product management in a pharmaceutical |
|
|
companies; |
|
|
- |
Overseas’working experience in healthcare marketing
|
|
|
research agencies will be preferred; |
|
|
- |
Must be capable of working in a team environment; |
|
|
- |
Must have experience in working with people of different
|
|
|
culture
and backgrounds; |
|
|
- |
Effective communication and interpersonal skills; |
|
|
- |
Fluent spoken, reading, listening and written English;
|
|
|
- |
Good computer skill, familiar with PPT; |
|
|
- |
Good responsibility, good team work spirit; |
|
|
- |
Bachelor degree in medical / statistics background is a
|
|
|
must,
MBA degree preferred; |
|
|
