Loudon Far East (LFE) is a research company with IND experience in China. Before transferring its CRO division to Omnicare Clinical Research, it has conducted a few international early phase trials in China as part of the international dossier submissions to FDA and EMEA. LFE now focuses on primary marketing research and business consulting services, and some specific CRO services such as Patient Referral and Clinical Data Management (CDM). Patient Referral Service
Project specific patient referral service may consist of one or a combination of the following services,
Provide ad hoc patients data base for a trial project, so when
the site
is defined i there is a need for patients to be screened.
Contact hospitals, retrieve historical data from hospital HIMS, to
decide
if the hospital data bank is the right one with good flow of qualified patients with regard to In/Exclusion criteria; and if the hospital patients can be contacted for the trial.
Medical hotline service for the trial.
On line registration or/and interaction of patients who are
interested in
the trial, proactively by searching engine or reactively by trial related press or PR news.
Recruit qualified doctors into the panel for recommending
patients to
other sites.
Provide on line interaction with sponsor in order to decide
which
patient should be candidate for sites in the second round screening and to inform timely on status of our service.
