Excellence of Product Planning

March 6th & 7th, 2008, Shanghai

We would like to invite you and your staff to a course in “Product Planning”, especially designed for product managers, marketing managers, market researchers, market analysts, business analysts, sales managers, and SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness) staff.

Loudon Far East (LFE) is a wholly foreign owned legal entity in China. LFE provides marketing research and business consulting services, and specific CRO services such as Patient Referral and Clinical Data Management (CDM) for the top pharmaceutical and healthcare multinational companies.

The Chinese pharmaceutical industry is becoming increasingly competitive, and  multinational headquarters are requesting global branding, pricing analyses, benchmarking, detailed budgeting and uniform strategies, as well as adjustments to local market and regions. Product planning is the incorporation of these aspects into strategic, objective and short-term goals to be used in pre-launch, launch and follow-up phase of a product’s lifecycle. During the training the participants will become familiar with the contents of a market plan, data and arguments behind it, and get a detailed disposition to use for future reference.

Loudon Far East will use its unique experience and understanding of the Chinese market to hold a Product Planning Course in Shanghai on the 6th & 7th March, 2008. This course will guide you through the process of product planning in an interesting and interactive format. The theory of marketing will be illustrated with relevant illustrations to ensure a practical understanding.        A certificate will be issued after the course.

Enclosed is the agenda for the course and the application deadline is February 25th using the attached form (returned by email or fax), or apply online http://www.loudon-research.com

We look forward to your response and hope that you and your staff of professionals will join us in improving product planning to a global standard.

Yours Sincerely

Jeanett Aamodt
